Zenfis provides bookkeeping and accounting support services.

Service scope will be clearly discussed, documented, and agreed upon before work begins.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline service requests

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the website

3. Client Responsibilities

To deliver accurate bookkeeping and accounting services, clients must:

  • Provide complete and accurate information

  • Respond to requests for documents or clarification in a timely manner

  • Maintain access to their accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks Online)

Zenfis cannot be held responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect information.

4. Payments

All payments must be made as per the agreed pricing structure.

Invoices are due by the date mentioned on each invoice.

Late payments may result in:

  • Paused or delayed services

  • Late payment charges (if applicable)

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential.

We will never disclose your data unless:

  • Required by law

  • Necessary to deliver services (e.g., cloud accounting platforms)

  • You provide explicit permission

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and designs belong to Zenfis.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we aim for complete accuracy, Zenfis is not responsible for:

  • Losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients

  • Decisions made based on financial reports

  • Issues caused by third-party tools, software, or service providers

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services by giving written notice as per the service agreement.

Upon termination, clients must pay all outstanding dues for services already delivered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
